Parenting Support
Parenting is ever evolving, and each season can bring its own mix of joy, stress, and uncertainty. From caring for a newborn and adjusting to early demands, to navigating childhood and teenage years, and even finding your footing as you continue supporting adult children, each chapter can feel very different from the last.
We help you sort through what you’re carrying in the moment, whether that’s exhaustion, worry about your child’s needs, conflict or behavioral challenges, or the quieter shift of learning how to relate to your children as they grow older and become more independent.
Our focus is on helping you feel more supported, steady, and confident in your role, especially during times when things feel unclear or emotionally heavy.
You don’t have to have all the answers. Support is practical, grounded, and tailored to the realities of your family and your life right now. Parenting is not something you’re expected to figure out alone.

We do not offer couples or group sessions at this time, but we are more than happy to provide you with helpful resources. Intersect Mental Wellness clinicians currently treat individuals.
